Constructed to start producing since the year of 2021, covering total area of 12,500 square meters. By the year of 2022, 200 sets of the High-speed Dobby Faucet Water Jet Loom have been installed in the production workshop, with the annual production capacity of 20 million meters fabric. In 2023, the number of installed Water Jet Loom equipment will reach 400 sets, so that the production capacity would be 40 million meters fabric per year.
Covers an area of 30,500 square meters. In addition to being installed more water jet looms, the second-phase factory will also be added: Printing, Coating, Sanding, Calendering, Laminating, Washing and other kinds of equipment, etc. After the second phase of the factory was completed and put into operation, Tenglong Textile and Rainbow Weaving will realize the integration of the industrial chain of textile production.
